Three-Ingredient Almond Pancakes

10173637_10153634242856038_4825753996188532473_nGreat for a quick breakfast or brunch~! I made this for brunch after staying over at a friend’s place. It’s incredibly easy and very economical, given our student statuses. The best part is that you can change the flavour simply by using different liquids. For this version, I used almond milk – yum~! ^o^


-Whole wheat flour (1 cup)

-Almond milk (1 cup)

-Egg (1)


1) Mix all ingredients to form a wet batter

2) Heat a non-stick pan with some grapeseed oil

3) Use ladle to pour the batter onto the pan after heated

4) Flip after 1 minute on each side

5) Serve 🙂
