My Gratitude Diary: Day 262

I am focused on me. I am strong. I love and a m loved dearly. I am blessed. I live in success. I have 幸せ (happiness)~

I am grateful for the restful sleep I had. Despite the few hours, I still felt very much rested.

I am grateful for catching the bus to school~

I am grateful that my schedule worked out alright despite the cancellation~

I am grateful for the food I received today 🙂

I am grateful for my friends, who are very encouraging of the recent sandwich-giving act

I am grateful for the firefighter expressing interest in coming back to take me to the Japanese festival~! He’s the one of the rare few I know who has a car, and I cannot travel by bus wearing a yukata, so he is kind enough to offer as long as there is no emergency 🙂 Hopefully it’ll work out~

I am grateful for the berries 🙂 Yay, more and more ripe ones for my picking 🙂

I am grateful for finding a specialist whom I think I will like~ I had a doctor’s appointment today and I think I will like this gentle one 🙂

I am grateful for the McCafe I had – free, lol~

I am grateful for witnessing kindness/being able to help out someone today. I came back from the doctor’s appointment and saw a girl lying on the floor with a few people surrounding her. Apparently, she fell and might have broken her leg. A kind lady already called the ambulance and stayed with her the entire time, and her friend was incredibly supportive. She was very well taken care of, but I felt badly so stayed with her to help offer her encouragements. I did not do anything else other than remember that campus security was nearby and went to call them, but at least I saw how kind strangers can be today 🙂

I am grateful for my philanthropist friend who may be able to get people to go and pick up bread this Wed to help others out 🙂

I am grateful for the music that kept me company today. I love Kobukuro 🙂

Dear Lord:

Thank You for letting me witness the goodness in people today. It is very heartwarming to see kindness in strangers 🙂

Thank You for giving me that great doctor!!! I actually like the “guy in white” 🙂

I pray that You continue to give Anthony and me strength, motivation, and focus on our school/work. Bless him and keep his heart, head, and body cool during this hot season 🙂

Watch over the good firefighter’s safety, too 🙂 As for the professional artist’s “hot” legs, I have no words. He’s in Your able hands now. Honestly, someone who can’t tell a cookie from a brownie deserves no sympathy from me~.^

In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen
