Late-Night Cooking: Kimchi Congee with Duck Broth

20160202_013730I came home late after my work last night and threw together a quick congee using the leftover roast duck and red rice. For an extra kick, I used kimchi and just threw in a bit of healthy veggies (mushroom, cauliflower & zucchini) and fruits (cherry tomato).


There was no salt, but I did put in a bit of rosemary for experimental purposes~ Apperance-wise it does not look much, but it sure hit the spot after a cold night’s out 🙂
