Weekend Cooking: Miso Ramen

Last week, I had some leftover noodles from the potluck, so I made miso ramen. It was also to celebrate my being able to finally go out without coming down with a fever 🙂


I simply cooked the ramen noodles, dump it in miso soup, and then put an egg, mushrooms, braised pork, cherry tomatoes, and seaweed. Lol, I didn’t have any other veggies handy, so used whatever I could find in my fridge~


The braised pork and seaweed provided some extra saltiness, which I thought brightened the ramen even more as I did not make the miso soup very strong. Yum~ ^o^
