So earlier this week I was making dinner. I cooked brown rice in my pan and added fresh tofu, wakame, kimchi, beef slices, and a raw egg on top. It hit me then that it looked very much like bibimbap, so I went ahead and added seasame oil and paprika, lol~ Yum~!
I had the opportunity to go out for a fancy dinner, but decided to stay at home that night to have a simple one. No regrets though as simple is the best ^o^
