Weekend Cooking~

I’ve been cooking up a storm recently, having been fortunate enough to be granted access to another’s kitchen and food stash… So, this past weekend, I made:

A baked mushroom dish as an afterwork snack

Roasted Sakura Pork Belly marinated with garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil~ It was seared in pan first before putting in the oven to roast for half-an-hour~ So tender, so juicy, so yummy >.<

Ramen~!!! Chinese Yam ramen topped with seaweek and pork belly with a burnt-garlic broth. It was soooo good that I forgot about the bean sprouts and green onion… ^o^

Raisin-bread pudding for dessert to finish the meal. So yum yum, so happy, so full~ \^o^/
